Accessibility Statement
MarketingMate AI is committed to making our app accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Last updated: May 2026
Our Commitment
MarketingMate AI aims to provide an accessible experience for all users, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical.
Measures We Have Taken
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility across MarketingMate AI:
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy (h1–h3) on every page
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
- Colour contrast meeting WCAG AA standards for text and UI components
- Form labels, error messages and required field indicators
- ARIA landmarks (main, nav, header, footer) for screen reader navigation
- Skip to main content link for keyboard users
- Modal dialogs with focus management and Escape key support
- Meaningful alt text for images and logos
- Decorative icons hidden from screen readers
- Touch targets of at least 44×44px on mobile
- Reduced motion support via
prefers-reduced-motion - Live regions for dynamic status updates and error announcements
- Accessible cookie consent banner and settings
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, some areas are still being improved:
- PDF exports are generated client-side and may not include full PDF accessibility tags. We aim to improve PDF structure in future updates.
- Some complex data visualisations may have limited screen reader support. Text alternatives are provided where possible.
- AI-generated content is dynamic and may vary in structure. We provide clear headings and copy controls for all generated outputs.
