1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web app. They help the app remember your preferences, keep you logged in and understand how the app is being used.

3. Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are required for MarketingMate AI to function. They enable login and session management, authentication, security, cookie preference storage and subscription session functionality. These cookies cannot be disabled through the cookie banner as they are necessary for the app to work.
4. Preference Cookies
Preference cookies are used to remember your settings and interface choices, such as your cookie consent preferences. These are enabled only with your consent.
5. Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how MarketingMate AI is used, including page visits, feature usage and product experience. Analytics cookies are optional and are not required for core app features.
MarketingMate AI may use Mixpanel product analytics to understand how visitors use the app so we can improve the product experience. Mixpanel is only initialised after you grant analytics cookie consent. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie Settings.
What Mixpanel collects (when consent is granted):
- • Pages visited (safe route labels only — no private content or tokens)
- • Feature usage categories (e.g. generator type, plan tier)
- • Aggregate product usage events from a manual allowlist
- • PWA install interactions
We do not send email addresses, names, campaign content, workspace data, billing details, authentication tokens or any private information to Mixpanel. No session replay or screen recording is used.
Product analytics are optional. MarketingMate AI works without them. You can review Mixpanel's privacy policy at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
6. Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies may be used for advertising or retargeting features if added in the future. Marketing cookies are currently unavailable and disabled by default. They will only be enabled with your explicit consent if introduced.
MarketingMate AI does not currently use Google AdSense or any advertising tracking.
7. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using our Cookie Settings page. You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Rejecting optional cookies will not affect core app functionality.
