MarketingMate AI is an AI-powered marketing assistant for small businesses. The service helps users generate marketing campaigns, social posts, email newsletters, POS/signage copy, product bundles, campaign calendars and performance notes. Features vary between Free and Pro subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use MarketingMate AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must verify your email address to access full features.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MarketingMate AI uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all generated content before using it publicly.

MarketingMate AI does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, compliance or suitability of any generated content for your specific business, industry or jurisdiction. Generated content does not constitute legal, financial, advertising or professional advice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

MarketingMate AI offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use MarketingMate AI only for lawful purposes
• Review all AI-generated content before publishing

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use MarketingMate AI to:

• Generate misleading, deceptive or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation

8. Intellectual Property

MarketingMate AI and its original content, features and functionality are owned by MarketingMate AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the service may be used by you for your business purposes, subject to these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketingMate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
